The photograph below, lifted from the issue, is Engelen Moore's House in Redfern. The house looks almost antiseptic with its expansive, clutter-less, white ceiling and walls.

UME 02 features Denton Corker Marshall [again] and starchitect Rem Koolhaas [OMA].

DCM's Melbourne Exhibition Centre [See photograph below.] is a striking structure [Man, look at that cantilever, the horizontal phallic symbol!]. Similarly interesting is OMA's House in Bordeaux.

The maiden issue of UME features Glenn Murcutt, Denton Corker Marshall, Donovan Hill, and David Chipperfield.

Particularly interesting is David Chipperfield's drawings [See section below.] for the River and Rowing Museum. This clearly shows that UME puts emphasis on architect's drawings.
