This project aims to help farmers generate more income for their crops by producing muscovado from sugarcane.
xx
The shed-like building houses roll mill, boiling vats, and bagasse pit. While the structure typology is based on vernacular muscovado mill houses, other amenities like management office, laboratory, and toilets are added.
